When we organise a host provider for your Work Placement, it is important to know that you should be provided with a safe and appropriate environment.
There may be times where one or more incidents may occur at your host provider, which can impact your ability to continue to do your Work Placement.
If you believe that you are no longer in a safe or appropriate environment to continue your Work Placement, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible by email.
In this email, please provide the following details:
- A detailed description and information about the issue(s) or incidents that have occurred.
- Photographic evidence to support your claims (where possible).
Once we have received your email, we will investigate this situation on your behalf. As these situations are generally quite complicated, we ask that you provide us with 5 business days to fully investigate the situation and provide you with an update.
While we investigate your case, for your safety we may ask that you do not return to the host provider until we have a resolution.
