What is My eQuals?
My eQuals is a secure online portal where learners can store and manage certified digital academic credentials. ALG uses My eQuals to provide students with:
- Digital testamurs
- Official transcripts
- Statements of Attainment
- Other institution-issued academic documents
These documents are tamper-proof, easy to share and permanently accessible using your personal email.

How do I access my ALG documents?
When your transcript, qualification or Statement of Attainment is ready, ALG will email you using your personal email address registered in our system.
This email includes instructions to:
- Create your My eQuals account
- Verify your email
- Log in to view your documents
Using your personal email ensures you can always access your records—during study and after graduation.
How do I access my digital documents?
When you graduate or request a transcript or testamur online, we will send you an email with information on how to create an account with My eQuals. We will send the email to your personal email address recorded in our system as your official email address. This will also be the address we use to set up your My eQuals account so that you will always be able to access your transcript and testamur, even after you have graduated from the college.
Once your account is set up, you will be able to log in to view your transcript.

Which documents will I receive through My eQuals?

You’ll receive it once your document is issued—either after graduation or when you request a transcript/testamur. -
I didn’t receive the My eQuals email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, submit a Request so the Student Experience Team can assist. -
How do I share my digital documents?
Use the share options inside My eQuals to generate secure links or send documents directly to employers or institutions. -
Can I download my documents as PDFs?
Yes. Most academic records in My eQuals can be downloaded as certified PDFs. -
Can I create multiple My eQuals profiles?
Yes. You can create different profiles for employment, further study or personal use. -
Do My eQuals documents expire?
No. Once issued, your documents remain accessible permanently. -
I changed my personal email. Can My eQuals be updated?
Yes. If your details were updated before your document was issued, My eQuals will use your new email address automatically. Please ensure you notify the Student Experience Team to update your information in the Student Management System as well.
