Upon successful completion of your final term, you can expect to receive your Letter of Completion and Testamur/Qualification Award via email during Week 3 of the following term.
Before your Testamur/Qualification Award is issued, we will complete the following steps:
- Assessment Review: Verify that all assessments have been submitted and graded.
- Fee Settlement: Ensure that all outstanding fees, including tuition and miscellaneous charges, have been paid.
- Record Confirmation: Confirm that your Record of Results in the Student Management System (RTOM) and Learning Portal (Canvas) are accurate and up to date.
- Final Approval: Lock and approve your results to facilitate the official issuance of your award.
Once all of these steps are completed, your Testamur/Qualification Award will be sent to you via email.
