We understand that being marked Not Yet Satisfactory (NYS) during the term happens from time to time and there is nothing wrong with that! We provide you with attempts throughout the term and then after the end of the term you may receive a warning letter that provides you with a final paid submission attempt in order to rectify your NYS submission.
What do I do if I receive this warning letter?
The warning letter always informs you of the action that you are required to take to achieve a Satisfactory result:
- Resubmit your NYS assessment in one final paid resubmission attempt (check out our Additional Fees Table for the cost of resubmitting). Note that this is only for students who submitted assessments during the term!
- After the final resit/resubmission period, having exhausted other intervention strategies for that term, if you are still NYS in your assessment, you will be required to repeat the term.
Check out the Student Handbook Section 8 - Student Course Progress, Attendance Policy and Procedure for more information!
