What if I’m still unhappy after an internal appeal?

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an internal appeal, you can take your case to an external body, such as the Commonwealth Ombudsman. They offer free, independent support for overseas students. For more information, visit their website.

You will need to inform ALG in writing once you have accessed the external appeal and provide the Case Number within 10 business days of receiving the internal appeal outcome. This will allow ALG to update its records and prevent the cancellation of your Confirmation of Enrolment, if applicable.
