How are appeals handled?

The process is similar to complaints:

  1. Complete the online Complaints and Appeals Form within 20 business days of the decision, including any additional evidence.
  2. ALG will acknowledge your appeal within 3 business days.
  3. You will receive an outcome within 15 business days. If more time is needed, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

During this period, we will keep your enrolment active.

We are committed to supporting you throughout the entire process.
