The steps are as follows:
- Complete the Complaints and Appeals Form within 20 business days of the issue.
- ALG will confirm receipt of your complaint within 3 business days.
- The team will review and aim to resolve your complaint within 15 business days. If more time is needed, we will keep you informed at every stage.
- You will receive a detailed written outcome via email, explaining the resolution.
During this period, we will keep your enrolment active.
We are committed to supporting you throughout the entire process.
