What if my issue isn’t resolved informally?

If the issue persists, you can escalate it by submitting a formal complaint using the online Complaints and Appeals Form.

Make sure to:

  • Provide all necessary details about the issue.
  • Attach any supporting evidence.
  • Submit the form within 20 business days of the incident.

ALG will take it from there and keep you updated throughout the process.
