What should I do if I have a complaint?

If something’s bothering you—whether it’s about your course, a staff member, or anything else—start by addressing it informally. You can:

  • Talk to your trainer to see if the issue can be resolved directly.
  • Reach out to the Student Experience Team by submitting a Request or send an email to support@alg.edu.au.

Most concerns are sorted out quickly and easily this way!
