What payment options are available to me?

You can pay your tuition fees either by term or by month.

  • Pay-By-Month: Pay your fees in three equal monthly instalments per term, due on the 3rd of each month.

  • Pay-By-Term: Pay the full term’s tuition fee in one payment, due three weeks before the term’s start date (the first Monday of the term).

How to Pay Your Fees

Payments to ALG are accepted through the following methods:

  1. PayID
    If you have an Australian bank account, you can pay via PayID to our Australian Company Number (ACN): 112 741 723. When using PayID, select ‘Pay someone new’ via ABN/ACN on your banking app, or choose ‘Fast Payment’ if using a business account. No service fees apply. Be ensure to include your Student ID Number or Offer ID and your name in the payment description for accurate processing.
  2. Debit/Credit Card
    Log into the ALG Student Portal (using your Student ID Number as your username) to pay via debit or credit card. A non-refundable 1% service fee applies.
  3. Via Your Education Agent
    You may also arrange payments through your education agent.
  4. International Transfer via Pay to Study
    For overseas payments, use Pay to Study to make a bank transfer from your country. International transfer fees apply.

Payment due dates for outstanding fees can be checked on the ALG Student Portal. To ensure timely payments, consider setting up recurring transfers through your bank.

If you would like to switch between Pay-By-Month and Pay-By-Term, please submit the Change of Payment Method Request Form at least 3 business days before the Pay-By-Term due date. You can find payment deadlines and other important dates listed on our Important Dates page.
