Graduation Eligibility FAQs

This section covers the criteria for graduation eligibility, including the mandatory deadlines, and necessary requirements such as providing your USI and clearing all outstanding tuition fees.

1. Who is eligible to graduate?

You are eligible to graduate once you have successfully completed all required subjects in your course, your results have been reviewed and approved, and you have met all graduation eligibility requirements by the published eligibility deadline.

2. What happens if I don’t meet the Eligibility Deadline?

If you do not meet the eligibility criteria by the Eligibility Deadline, you will automatically be moved to the next available graduation ceremony.

3. Do supplementary or late results affect my eligibility?

Yes. Supplementary or late results may delay your eligibility, as final outcomes must be confirmed before the Graduand Approval and Eligibility Deadlines.

4. Do I need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to graduate?

Yes. You must provide a valid USI to receive your qualification. Without a USI, your award cannot be issued.

5. What fees must be paid before I can graduate?

All outstanding tuition and administrative fees must be paid in full to be eligible to graduate.

6. How will I know if I am eligible to graduate?

Eligible students will receive an official graduation invitation via their ALG student email account.
