A slow or unstable internet connection is often the cause of loading issues or submission delays. Verify that your Wi-Fi is working properly and hasn't dropped out. Refresh your connection by disconnecting and reconnecting to your network.
2. Check the File Size
Canvas limits file uploads to 500MB per file. Large files can slow down the submission process or cause errors. Use a tool like Clideo to compress your files. Simply upload the file, compress it, and then submit the smaller version.
