We understand that there may be times when you’re unable to attend a class due to an appointment or because you’re feeling unwell.
ALG expects students to maintain 100% attendance, except in cases of illness or other compassionate or compelling circumstances. If you can’t attend:
- Inform your trainer or a member of the Student Experience Team as soon as possible.
- Submit relevant supporting documents (such as a medical certificate) to the Student Experience Team.
Note: Attendance records cannot be adjusted, but documented absences may be considered during interventions or appeals.
