How can I get in touch with my trainer?

You can easily contact your trainer through two simple methods on your Learning Portal (Canvas).

Method 1: Use the "Ask Your Trainer a Question" Feature

• Log in to your Canvas account.
• Click "Help" on the left-hand menu.
  
• Select "Ask Your Trainer a Question" from the dropdown menu.
  
• Choose the relevant course/class from the list.
  
• Type your message, click "Send Message," and it will be sent directly to your trainer.

Method 2: Use the Inbox Feature

• Log in to your Canvas account.
• Click "Inbox" on the left-hand menu.
  
• Click the pencil icon (top-right) to Compose New Message.
  
• Select your course/class from the dropdown menu.
• In the "To" field, pick your trainer from the pre-filled contacts.
  
• Write your message and click "Send."

You can also ask your trainer questions during class breaks or after the session for instant assistance.
