We understand that there might be times where you are not able to attend some classes because you have an appointment, or you are not feeling well. Do not worry! If this is the case, please: 

  1. Contact your trainer to let them know. To find out how, check out How can I get in touch with my Trainer?
  2. Send an email to your Student Experience Team and be sure to provide a medical certificate so we can update your records accordingly.


What if my attendance is low?  

If your attendance is at risk of being low, you will receive Attendance Warning Letters in weeks 4 and 8 of the term. Check out What is an Attendance Warning Letter? for more information. 


What if my attendance is below 80%?  

If at the end of the term your overall attendance is below 80%, you may be sent an Intention to Report (ITR) for Unsatisfactory Attendance. If you have received an ITR, check out I have received an Intention to Report for Unsatisfactory Attendance for further information.
