Are you wanting to check your timetable but are unable to access your Student Portal? Have you simply forgotten your password or is it something else? Do not worry, we are here for you! 

First thing first, please check that you are:

  • Putting your Student ID number as the username;
  • Using the right password, as it might be different from your Learning Portal password.

If you still cannot access your Student Portal or have received a "Your account has been locked" notification, please contact our lovely Student Experience team who will be happy to assist you further!
