The name can sound a bit scary, but an unsatisfactory course progress warning warning letter is just to indicate that ALG believes you are at risk of not meeting the academic requirements as outlined in the Student Handbook Section 8 - ALG Student Course Progress, Attendance Policy and Procedure.
Early indications of unsatisfactory course progress include failure to:
- login into the Learning Management System (Canvas) and accessing your class materials during the first three weeks of the term;
- participate in scheduled class activities through non-attendance;
- engage in the compulsory structured study on Canvas;
- submit the first assessment task.
Unsatisfactory course progress warning letters are sent within the first couple of weeks of the following term once all of your results have been finalised.
