If a student would like to change their course within ALG, he/she will need to
(1) submit an online Course Cancellation Request Form at alg.edu.au/cancel to cancel the current course. In this form the student will have the option to specify the reason of course cancellation as 'transferring to another course at ALG'.
(2) complete the Course Extension Form at https://alg.edu.au/extend-your-studies/ to apply for the new course. Our Admissions team will review the request and application and if approved, a new Letter of Offer will be sent to the student.
Please note that any change of course request must be received before the application cut off date (please refer to https://alg.edu.au/docs/timetable.pdf) and it can only be effective in the next or upcoming term.
