ALG does not accept any requests to swap classes in preference for specific teacher, classroom, group of students, or external venue. Although we understand that students develop a special bond with their trainers during their studies, ALG does not guarantee that the same trainer will be allocated to a class each term. The trainer allocation can be impacted by academic, operational and personal factors. As part of the training package requirement, the course content provided to the students are the same in every class of same cycle, regardless of the trainer. All trainers are observed by management regularly as part of professional development for trainers and continuous quality assurance.
