If a student's CoE was cancelled for either non-progression/low attendance or non-payment, the student may need to request a release in PRISMS to be able to enrol in another RTO. In order to release the student, they are required to pay up their outstanding fees and e-mail their new LoO from the new RTO to Processing@alg.edu.au within 20 days from cancellation of their CoE.
