You can choose to pay your tuition fees via Pay-By-Term or Pay-By Month.
Pay-By-Month
This method allows you to pay your tuition fees for each term over three equal monthly instalments, due on the 3rd of each month.
Pay-By-Term
This method allows you to pay your tuition fees on per term basis, due three weeks before the start of each term.
How do I pay future fees?
You have the option to pay the fee by term or by month. You can initiate your payment to ALG through the following payment methods.
PayID
If you have an Australian bank account, you can pay to our Australian Company Number (ACN) via Pay ID.
When making the payment through PayID, you can choose to ‘Pay someone new’ via ABN/CAN option on your mobile app or internet banking platform or choose ‘Fast Payment ‘option (for business account holders). No service fee applies.
Please provide your Student ID Number or Offer ID and your name in the payment description so we can identify your payment.
Debit/Credit Card
Log into the ALG Student Portal (your Student ID Number is your username) and you can choose to pay via debit card or credit card in your Student Portal. Please note a non-refundable service fee of 1% applies.
Via your Education Agent
You can make the payment to your education agent.
Via Pay to Study (from overseas)
You can visit https://alg.paytostudy.com to make an international bank transfer from your country. Please note that the international transfer fees apply.
Please make sure to check the payment due dates for your outstanding fees on the ALG Student Portal.
To further simplify the process and ensure your payments are always on time, we encourage you to consider setting up recurring transfers with your bank.
If you would like to switch the payment option between ‘Pay-By-Month’ and ‘Pay-By-Term’, please submit the Change of Payment Option Form.
