You've received your timetable for the upcoming term, but it doesn't quite fit with your work/life schedule? There might be an alternative timetable option available to you!
Sometimes, but not always, there are different timetabling options available for your classes throughout the term. This is dependent on many factors and can differ not only come course to course, but also from subject to subject.
The usual timetable options are:
- Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Monday to Thursday evening classes.
Your timetable information will usually be sent one month before your new term is due to start, in an email titled: ALG Term Start Letter.
This gives you plenty of time to plan around your work days and get ready for the term! Within the email, you will be given a link to request a different timetable if there is an alternate timetable available you to. It will also tell you a deadline for this request.
All timetable change requests must be made before the term starts, as classes are finalised before the first day of classes, so please be sure to check your timetable before you are due start the term!
